4.Telecom cabinet installation typically involves the following steps:
1. Site survey and preparation: Before installing the cabinet, the site needs to be surveyed to ensure it is suitable for the installation. This includes checking that the site is level, free from obstructions, and has adequate ventilation and power supply.
2. Cabinet assembly: The cabinet is usually delivered in several pieces and needs to be assembled on site. This involves attaching the base, sides, and top panels, as well as installing any shelves, cable management systems, and other accessories.
3. Cable routing: Once the cabinet is assembled, the next step is to route the cables that will connect the equipment inside the cabinet to the outside world. This may involve running cables through conduits, cable trays, or other cable management systems.
4. Equipment installation: After the cables are routed, the equipment can be installed inside the cabinet. This may include servers, switches, routers, power supplies, and other hardware.
5. Testing and commissioning: Once the equipment is installed, it needs to be tested and commissioned to ensure it is functioning correctly. This may involve running diagnostic tests, configuring network settings, and verifying connectivity.
6. Documentation and handover: Finally, the installation needs to be documented, and the site handed over to the customer. This includes providing as-built documentation, test reports, and other relevant information.
5. Connection and Fastening
(1) Use anti-loose threaded connection as structure and bearer connection. Anchor bolt for fixing cabinet use hot dip galvanized bolts.
(2) Door hinges use inner hinge mode.
6. Appearance and Surface Treatment
Cabinet surface coating is outdoor special powder coating, with white gray color (PANTONE 428C). The coating complies with GB/T 3181-2008 requirement.
7. Quality Control Introduction
Quality control is an essential aspect of telecom cabinet manufacturing to ensure that the final product meets the required standards and specifications. The following are some common quality control measures that are typically taken during the production of telecom cabinets:
1.Raw material inspection: The quality control process begins with the inspection of raw materials used in the production of the cabinet. This includes inspecting the metal sheets, screws, hinges, and other components to ensure that they meet the required quality standards.
2.Production process inspection: During the production process, the cabinets are inspected at various stages to ensure that they meet the required specifications. This includes checking the dimensions, angles, and tolerances of the cabinet components.
3.Surface finish inspection: The surface finish of the cabinet is also inspected to ensure that it is free from any scratches, dents, or other defects that may affect the overall appearance and functionality of the product.
4.Functionality testing: Once the cabinet is fully assembled, it undergoes functional testing to ensure that it can perform its intended functions. This includes testing the cooling system, power supply, and other components to ensure that they are working correctly.
5.Packaging and shipment inspection: The final step in the quality control process involves inspecting the packaging of the cabinet to ensure that it is adequately protected during shipment. This includes checking for any damages or defects that may have occurred during the shipment process.
Our company resolutely implements the principle of quality first, we control and supervise the whole production process in strict accordance with the requirements of the ISO9001 system and the related implementation process.
